Quality of work was not great for the price. Item was shipped to me with smudging and did not match the proof I was sent. I requested a replacement as it was a gift for a special occasion to which they could not replace it. I then asked for a refund which they said they could do but I'd have to ship the item back at my cost and inconvenience. As a business they should not have sent this item to me looking the way it did. Hopefully they take more care and consideration in the products they sell in the future. Will never shop here again or recommend to family or friends.

We are so happy with the beautiful custom wood signs you designed for our new deck, and at a price very comparable to what we would have paid from a "big box retailer". Except our signs were made just for us with just what we wanted them to say :) so pleased with the service, quality and price.
