Very careful to have all safety measures in place and practiced for Covid 19, by staff. Excellent therapy information and procedure. Everything well explained, and able to access exercises sent to my tablet. Most professional experience. Highly recommend. Appointments can be set up virtually, if unable to attend clinic.

The staff at the Stratford Physiotherapy Centre are always helpful and friendly; They also go above and beyond. On my initial appointment my therapist noticed a lump on my shoulder and advised me to have it checked out by a doctor; before she would do anything with my arm Following that appointment and seeing a doctor the lump was removed and was cancerous. Had it not been for Nirali I may not have found this out until it was too late. When I thanked her; her response was just that it was part of her job. I will be forever grateful to her. It was such an emotional experience going through the accident and healing process but the compassion and care and efficiency and professionalism of the entire staff at PT Health was something I will be forever grateful for.
