I've been working with Craig Pearce for several years now, and he *never* fails to impress me with his sage advice, future thinking, and attention to details. I'm not the biggest client in the city (nowhere near) but Craig always gives me his best. Having him working his tax \magic\ behind the scenes has paid off for me in many, many ways. It took almost 8 MONTHS for my taxes to be filed. I had to send countless emails - many with no response, I called multiple times and also didn’t get responses and when I did Craig would just promise me another deadline, fail to meet it, send an apology (sometimes) and wait for me to follow up in a week or two. This cycle repeated over and over. It was extremely stressful AND to top it all off, in the end I was charged full price for this “great service”. Terrible. Definitely finding someone else who actually values my business.
