A huge shout out to Laura and the lovely ladies at Grace in creating a really efficient pivot from the Christmas rush to lockdown pt. 2. I needed to make a post-Christmas return and they created an incredibly efficient and safe process. This store is incredible and they carry the best products with the friendliest service. A gem in downtown Stratford.
Adore!!! Beautiful looking store with a wonderful atmosphere. Amazing selection of fashion and lingerie with expert bra fitting. Great online store with easily navigation. 5 thumbs up.
Outstanding customer service! After having had a bad customer experience at another ladies clothing store in Stratford, it was such a wonderful breath of fresh air to come to this friendly and professional boutique. Staff were super helpful, pleasant and not pushy at all. We all enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the store picking out things to try on and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Ending up buying four items. The selection was great, the price was right and the two ladies just a joy to deal with. I will be back, and I urge anyone shopping for ladies clothing in Stratford to stop by this gem of a boutique. You know they are doing something right, when even the men in your party enjoyed their stay. Keep up the great work!
