Terrible place absolutely!! Worked here for over a year and they screwed me out of my benefits and massive mandatory overtime so you will have no life whatsoever. Management is nasty and you will be blamed for everything that you had no control over. Bad Bad experience and I have over 20 years in production related jobs this one was the worst by far! Don't do it!

Very poor management, lack of understanding that they penalize people for other people’s absence their bonus system is based on plant wide not individual, management hire everyone and everybody but don’t fire the people that miss a lot of time so you don’t get bonus for attendance and that is their fault not the employees and same with quality and delivery when the don’t care that the equipment is not working and don’t care to fix them that is management fault. So if you have a poor work history this place will keep you and you will be working lots of overtime coming in the future.
