Was in this store the other day and one of the cashiers had made a mistake so she called up the supervisor/manager who proceeded to speak very loudly about her mistake with a big line up of people waiting to check out. The supervisor/manager couldn't figure out the math in order to give the customer the right change back and once the customer had received the correct change, the supervisor/manager went outside with another employee to have a smoke when there was still a line up. My experience in this store is usually okay but the way the supervisor/manager handled the situation didn't meet my expectations of how a supervisor/manager should handle these types of situations. Talk to your employees privately about their mistakes and maybe practice your math? It was a bit embarrassing for both employees I assumed.
