When ever I need a filter or chemicals they always have everything In stock. The staff is friendly and informative about their products or services. I am a returning customer because of the great selection of supplies they carry that I need for my hot tub.

Horrible service from day one. I was given zero instructions on caring for the pool prior to opening. I was explicit in telling the owner and tech that I knew nothing about the pool as we had just purchased the property. I've gotten excuse after excuse about why they couldn't open the pool. I got attitude from the staff, very rude and unhelpful. To be clear, we weren't at the house. They couldn't even bring a hose to fill the pool or tell us that it needed to be at a certain level before they arrived. Missed appointments and false promises is all I got. Was of time.
