it's practically impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone,slow service and there is never any parking spots available due to a non gated parking lot that uptown shoppers take advantage of leaving bank customers to pay for parking on the street which they should not have to!
Nice people and the ATM letting you choose bill types is really great. Wish there was better parking though
Teller did a good job of dealing with me when my cheque was taken out of my account. But John Choma was no help and has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen to the point I wanted to take my business elsewhere but like I said teller did a good job to keep my business.
The worst service performed by egotistical and unaccountable individuals. They ignore phonecalls and sidestep their commitment to customer service. Melissa Wilker Manager and Paul Thompson financial services manager are screw ups and hopefully I can get someone interested at BMO to actually provide some service. Time and proactive self-interest to rectify Paul Thompsons sloppy and lethargic service and his manager protection of poor quality employee will tell. Andrea H. Bryce
