Friendly knowledgable helpful people. Do a great grooming of my poodle and helped us train our two dogs. Food and supplies all Available. Even some free advice.
Charlie and Janice are great. We bring our Golden Sammie for grooming every 6 weeks and love what they do. We took Charlie’s training course for our puppy and it was very helpful for dog novices like us.
I visited this location to inquire about their services. The first impression was not good. I observed dirty floors and rugs, dust and grime in high places, dried liquid splatter on a wall, a full lidless trash can in the open, and an unpleasant pervading odour. For a place that has many dogs passing through it, cleanliness needs to be the number one priority. If the owners can't muster the dignity and respect to keep a clean business, they can't be trusted with my dog. I personally recommend Coventry, Global, Pet Valu, or Carrie's. I hope the owners of Better Dog take the initiative to get their act together.
Did not like the daycare experience. Our puppy seemed to have spent her day sleeping there.
