Don't work here. You will get fired for no reason and with no severance pay. They always hiring and firing. Its by far the worst place I ever worked. The middle management always looking how to please the higher management. They have their favourites... They also have bed bugs in their scrappy old chairs. The list could go on and on... You could get nice commissions tho...
First of all, this is an alias name. This is by far the worst call center in the history of call centers. I worked here for a while, so I know first hand how poor this workplace is. Management always has a foot stuck up their behind. They will only like you if you're making sales daily. Now of course, that is unrealistic. You're going to have days where you make sales, and days where you just don't. Management seems to live in a fairy land where they think every call is going to end up in a donation, and when that doesn't happen, they will start to hand out disciplines. When the company is doing poorly in sales, they will take out their anger and frustration out on the employees by laying off workers. You are forced to rebuttal, even when the donor has already said 'No' like 10 times. The company has different pay scales according to how many hours you've worked since the start of your employment, and every time the employee is about to hit the next pay scale, management will out of nowhere try their best and try to get the employee fired so they don't have to pay them a higher wage, which is absolutely disgusting and degrading. Managers will act like your best friends, but will have meetings behind your back to see which person they can fire next. This call center claims to be PCI compliant, but that's an outrageous lie ; if a worker isn't able to write down the donors CC details in time, management encourages workers to write down the donors CC info on a piece of paper so they don't lose the donation. Washrooms smell like there has been a dead skunk stuck in the toilet for 6 months. You can see dead flies and insects stuck on top of the ceilings. There are constant layoffs because competitors choose other call centers over this dump. If you want to get used and abused, then this is the place for you. If not, run for your life!
I'm on the canadian do not call list why am I recieving phone calls ?
