After reviewing several estimates with all but one within reason I found the follow up and professionalism of Straight Arrow to strike a chord with me. They were the only company to call to follow up on my quote and further discuss. Their install crew was quick and very courteous. They cleaned up after everything they did. Joel's updates were a welcome source of reliable information. Joel has since been by twice to inspect everything and will always make things right! Overall I would highly recommend Straight Arrow Roofing as a reliable contractor that you can be confident will do a fantastic job. Thanks for making this large value purchase a smooth transition.

I cant say enough good things about Joel and his team. From start to finish these guys are all top quality professional roofers. They did a fantastic job on my roof, especially considering the heat wave we had been going through. Joel explained the process is great detail and keeps in touch with great communication so you know when things are getting delivered and when the boys will be arriving to start the work and when they should be finished. Pricing is as good as you will find for the quality of work they do, I did my homework.
Straight Arrow Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Joel was professional and went above and beyond in both preparing me for what was to happen as well as during clean up. My driveway was left cleaner than when they started (truthfully, cleaner than it's ever been). Process was straight forward. Quote and Package were nicely prepared in a timely manner - his team showed up prepared and ready to work. If anyone brings up in conversation that they need a roof I will be recommending Joel and Straight Arrow Roofing in a heartbeat.
