I moved to an area that only has Bell service (not Rogers) and decided to go with Storm since you get the same connection (they use the Bell line) but pay less per month. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Storm. They are responsive by both phone and email and I have experienced no issues at all with the service so far.

Seems to be consistent speed, matching our package on the dime. Really nothing to complain about. Streaming Disneyworks very well. Customer service very responsive and prompt. We had xplornet before storm and it really sucked, not even close.
