So my old storage placed decided to raise its rates a bit, and as I was already paying so much I decided to look into other storage places. I contacted Storguard and emailed back and forth with Lindsay the Assistant Manager. I had a ton of questions and we did quite a bit of back and forth. Normally someone would be annoyed after a while but not her! She was friendly, professional and you can tell a pleasant person to deal with. She gave me a break down of all the prices of what I was looking for in detail, instead of just short answers. It was great getting all the information I needed in a timely manner in order to be able to make a decision to switch my storage needs to Storguard. Very happy I did, love the service and it doesn't hurt there is a car wash right there so I can load up storage and go for a wash after lol!! Thank you Lindsay you ROCK!!!

New, clean facility with easy access. The price was very affordable compared to other storages (roughly half the price for same size). I rented a 5' x 10' for about 100/month. You need to bring your own lock. The rent is month-by-month which is also nice for those looking for short-term rental. If you frequent the car wash next door, they also give you a gift certificate for signing up. TL;DR new, clean, affordable short-to-long-term storage.
Very clean lockers at a great price. Service was great taking to the time to answer questions and tour the site. no issues setting up an account and moving things into a locker.
Clean and easy to access. Also within close proximity to the Coquitlam Transfer Station. Highly recommend mezzanine lockers for individuals without mobility issues.
