This review is for store b in Richmond Hill. Honestly, for such a simple business model, I find the customer service horrible, the staff's knowledge of product to be minimal at best, and the order tracking and processing in need of serious over-haul. This year seems worse than previous years. We have no option... we must use this store. My advice- stay on top of things... they don't call you when things are ready; bring your measuring tape as the staff do not know any uniform measurements and are unable to help measure - this is important because in the 3 times I visited the store for this school year, they had no stock for the clothes I needed for my children... so you are ordering blind and end up having to return; and finally, the staff really are not customer focused.... I don't like to be mean about people but the staff seriously lack training. I feel bad for them because I am sure I am not the only disgruntled customer. So be prepared to get agitated and dont be in a rush.

I will rate it as zero star if I can! InSchoolWear is enjoying monopoly by providing expensive (almost double price comparing regular market uniforms) and low quality product (while they will insist it is wear and tear issue instead of quality problem) to grab money from parents. Some staffs is friendly while some are arrogant and rude especially the black lady (store manager) at RH store. How can you imagine the profit they get from each single school uniform while they would not like to improve the product quality in the past years, and also you will query where these profit eventually go
Have been buying my son’s uniforms here since 2016. The staff are always friendly and efficient.
Uniform has been on order since beginning of August. It is now end of September and still no uniform. This is a terribly long wait. Everytime I call, they say the order would arrive between 4 to 6 weeks. I have just exceeded that window of waiting at almost 8 weeks. To me, they don't really care that the customers are frustrated because they are the only shop to go to for many schools.
Good staffs and really easy to choose experience
My sales rep Lisa was amazing. This is the first uniform I needed to get for my daughter and she helped me through the entire process with ease and fun. She made it so easy for pick up at a location by my work. Thank you so much for you help. It was a great experience.
It is hard to imagine a more inconvenient and time-consuming business to deal with. Some staff are helpful, other staff are surly. It takes forever to get items not in stock, and most of the time they don't have items in stock! And now their website is offline. I have been encouraging my son's school to find a better supplier and hope they dump this awful business soon.
This is probably the worst online ordering experiencing I've ever had. The website gives no information on what is in-stock; you have to wait for the order to be accepted by the local store (Richmond Hill). From my two experiences, back-ordered items take 3 months to get with no word from the vendor periodically on status. If you ask for a partial order to be delivered, then they won't ship to your home. You'll have to hope school is still in session or make a trip down to the store. I'm looking to see if there's any other way to get my daughter's uniforms for school.
