Fantastic customer service! I called in to inquire about a storage unit and the person on the phone was so helpful and went through everything very thoroughly. I went into the office to finish up the paperwork and again, the person was so thorough and helpful. Every part of the paperwork was explained and pricing and terms are all very transparent. I've only had the unit for a day but the two people I spoke to (Feb 20, 2021) were both amazingly helpful.

My unit was clean. The building was warm. Also the washroom was very clean. I found the staff very helpful when I needed them.
In these Covid times & Crazy Real Estate Market, we were stuck in a very stressful situation.... All of our life was stuffed into moving boxes with no home. I felt comfortable from the very beginning of dealing with Storage for Your Life in Langley. Brianna is so efficient & kind. I am so grateful for her help & compassion in that very stressful time in my life. The facilities are clean, well equipped & well managed. The location is convenient, easy to access & secure. In fact after finally moving into our new home, some of my stuff decided to stay longer. It was economically a better move that buying a bigger house :)
Have been a client for quite a number of years and have been treated very well. I have large exterior unit but have been able to rent additional smaller units as needed. Location is great and so are the staff!
