It was an interesting experience from placing the first call to signing the paperwork electronically. Then team all across the board, ( Jackie In call Center- Cameron and Karley in the Kamloops office) . At first blush I would have to say the employer must be a great one to work for. It was very evident that EVERYONE was happy. They were knowledgeable and courteous, all with a fantastic sense of humor. Thank you for keeping such a level of professionalism in these trying times. You three have risen above, and are appreciated

A few issues with gate stuck open 4 feet and security . Was able to report. Customers are security wise and friendly. Felt safe and secure. Decent people to deal with. Thank You.

Everyone i spoke with and had interactions with was very efficient and friendly. I was able to rent 2 units as needed, they were clean and easy to access, both for moving in and out. Gate code was easy and efficient. I would highly recommend Storage for Your Life in Kamloops.
