We just completed a 12 week project with Zzone Homes. Renovation of full main floor, kitchen, family room, laundry room, staircase and upper level hallway. One of the main reasons we chose Zzone Homes is for their turnkey service offering using in-house professionals for demo, electrical, plumbing, taping, cabinetry etc… this gives them a competitive advantage and better control of timeline and cost. Marco and his team were complete professionals and a pleasure to work with, they were polite, helpful and always did a great job keeping the areas clean before they left. Marco was very accommodating to the ever expanding scope of work and always agreed to it with a big smile on his face. We definitely picked the right team to have in our “COVID Bubble”. We are extremely happy with the transformation and would highly recommend them for any home renovation. Thank you to the Zzone team, Marco, Dan, Tony, John, Mitch & Mickey and special thanks goes out to Marco’s Dad, who without his recommendation we would be staring at a post in the middle of our dining room!

Marco, Dan and the rest of the team did an amazing job! We purchased a 40yr old home last Fall and undertook a full renovation... Being new to the neighborhood, Marco immediately gave us a good comfort level and reassurance that they could tackle such a big project. Their competitive advantage of using in-house professionals who each had their own specialty - demo, electrical, taping, tiling, plumbing, custom kitchen cabinet making, as well as design expertise contributed to the overall satisfaction and facilitated decision making when dealing with unexpected issues onsite. The renovations were completed on time, on-budget and the team had a pleasant disposition daily...what more do you need from a contractor?
