if i have a another chance to buy house i will never ever chose empire houses, i wish my english was good to write a little about empire houses, from the outside and on the pictuers are looks amazing but since you get inside the house after a fwe days or a week the headache and ... will strat to say welcome the super cheap house and material stuff.and so i have no idea about customer service because after a year i'm still with some issues and ... stay away from empire

Nice job done, closing was not done on time, overall excellent job.
I ran into some issues with my home and had a very unpleasant experience, however Carlos and his team were very helpful and kind.
There designs have a very poor layout , not worth it . Doesn't change the designs either and gives low grade material in upgrades .
