Not even deserve 1 star... Customer Service is so bad... Their sales representatives are so rude they don't even try to listen to you and your issues. Especially sales representative Jonathan and one more Asian guy(i don't know the name) I don't why they work over there whenever we went to the store for help they just show their tantrums. At least their store manager tries to listen to you and try to help. Otherwise, all sales representatives are rude and arrogant. Because of them, I switch to another carrier.

Amazing service, Lisa was so extremely helpful. We came in and were given such good service, she made sure all promotions were applied and gave us the best deal possible and did a great job explaining everything in the process! this store is awesome!

I was there a month ago got an early upgrade and a month later the phone broke and they wouldn't help me at all. I've been a customer with Rogers for 20 years. The employees seem to just want the commission and that's all. Now I don't have a phone and have to pay for it.

Great place to get information and make choices on cell phones, tablets and accessories. Also they have some pretty awesome plans. The staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home.

I have a bug issue in my phone and I called many times Rogers technical support but nothing happened, and once I reached James in that store , he resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes! Very professional and qualified poeple, I will buy my next phone from them, thank you guys!

I've always had a good experience here. On my last visit I was inquiring about the galaxy s9 plus wireless charger and the salesperson recommended a cheaper alternative. I was not aware that there were alternatives so I appreciated not being sold the most expensive item.
