Called that morning, AC had stopped working. Showed up the same afternoon. Repaired the issue quickly and explained repair. No complaints. Only suggestion is for the service man to wear something over boots to protect customers floor. I had to clean the floor after he left. But besides that, would definitely use them again.

Over the years we have used them for numerous jobs including repairing our air conditioner, installing a new electronic air cleaner, a tank less water heater and they recently just ran a gas line in our backyard. They have always have been professional and prompt. We have always felt they are reasonably priced on all the jobs we needed done. I would and have recommended Protech to anyone that needs service.
I don't know why there are bad reviews- The guys who came to out- came out same day I called.. yeah i called in a.m, they came late afternoon - but he got my furnace working within 30 minutes- He did have booties.. i told him not to worry- I have ceramic floors.. wash up easily- I didn't have to give a credit card for him to come over- like other places i called- and after he was complete.. I called other places asking how much it would have cost for the repair i got- it was average price.. and cheaper than the one with the TV commercial. I also got tips about maintenance. VERY happy.. to have heat- and not be be ripped off- OHHH AND DEBIT at your door- convenient
They came quickly and did a great job. Charged a very reasonable amount and even cane back to check up on it for free. Overall excellent service.
The work was completed quickly. The bill was inflated due to bumping up prices on parts. It cost over 300 to change an igniter. They were at my house for about 30 minutes. 10 of that was writing the bill. 60 diagnostic fee and 110 labour. Then 100 for the ignitor which is a 40 part if bought locally and 20 online. Also it was a rainy day and they had no boot covers and wouldn't take them off. Boot marks on rugs. If the would have charged a reasonable price for the part I would have been happy enough. Total bill was 305 for a quick job. I felt ripped off. I wouldn't have them back.
