The yard has a great inventory which is well-detailed online. Prices are posted online. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I have way too much fun here. I gladly make the trip from Kitchener any time I see something I want online. I used to joke about scrap lords when I was younger, and thanks to Pic N Save, I am now becoming one.

I came from Waterloo 1.5 hour of driving andthen took me 3 hours to take the pieces out to find out that the price is way expensive than baying them online with warranty this the worst scrap I've ever seen will never come back.

Great selection of vehicles and parts. There is no doubt you will find the part you are looking for. Been going to Pic N Save since they were located in Hamilton but now it is even easier access. Just off the highway at Fruitland. I can't be happier.

I chose PicNSave because their online inventory showed 2 ’04 Volvo S60’s and one ’05 and pricing was slightly less than 2 other local yards. I asked the staff (manager?) in the yard truck for an Allen key size I hadn’t brought, then for a large Torx, and he shared both with no hesitation. Then I asked for help opening the locked trunk of the only S60 with the taillight I needed and found out that these trunks open electrically only (it’s my sister’s car, I didn’t know) without a key cylinder to drill out. He returned with a younger and thinner employee who crawled through the debris in the back seat and trunk I think 5 times, initially trying to find an in-trunk safety release which he/we did not find (come on, Volvo is supposed to be about safety) and trying to encourage the trunk to open. They boosted at the fuse box to power up the car but the dashboard trunk release didn’t work, then used longer cables into the trunk energize the release motor. This took 20 to 30 minutes. I tried to tip 20 because they went so far above and beyond and saved me going to another yard but they refused and asked for a Google review, so here it is. They also agreed to take my next to perfect door to the gate because I didn’t want to damage it jostling on their wheelbarrow. The younger employee saw me at the exit and offered to carry the door to my truck, I thanked him again and he said “no problem I like helping people”. Entry and exit staff were also friendly and knowledgeable. I came here expecting a self-serve yard, I’ve never experienced this service at any yard. Thank you and I know where I’ll go next time.
