These guys are bad ass no joke they roll up like sewer eating animals. The guy on the side of the truck just boogies once that truck stops. Runs to that sewer whips it open like no ones business then sucks that thing the whole process took about 2 min. Incredible really truly A-1 job glad to see our tax dollars finally hard at work keep it up guys great job.
Emailed using form on their site, emailed directly, called multiple numbers. No replies after 2 weeks of attempting to contact. No calls or reply emails. Not sure if they're super busy or just not interested in taking on new business, but it's definitely a first for me.
While excavating a line for Rogers, they parked a drill on our Lilac bush and hedge. Additionally, when approached they admitted it was their fault but did not come back to talk to us about it after we were told they would. They also hit our drain pipe in the sewer and have caused a backup in our basement. We've emailed them once and called them three times without any response.
