AMAZING! I wanted to give to big \Thank You\ to the staff at Car Star Stoney Creek. The experience from the minute I spoke with Teri over the phone describing my problem; all the way trough to the end result. What a great experience. Each step of the process was done with care, knowledge and patience from Joe and Adam. They are extremely professional and genuinely care for their customers safety. I highly recommend this location for your peace of mind and safety of your vehicle.

Was sent here after being in a mother vehicle collision. I was stressed, mad, annoyed, and scared but these guys help me along the way while being funny. I don’t hope to come back but if I’m involved in another accident, this is my go-to place. Let’s just hope the car isn’t a total loss next time.
I've had 3 repairs through car star now (two at this location) and every single time was a pain free, professional experience. Joe's top shelf and always makes the experience a pleasure. Each of the repairs turned out perfect, car looked great. All details sorted with insurance company, never needed much from me.
This particular CARSTAR is the absolute best! The work that Joseph and his entire team does is easily a 5 star...or solid 10/10. The entire experience was very professional with a personal touch. Our car went in for some paint & body work and not only was our car brought back to showroom condition but the service we received was outstanding. Although I live in Grimsby going to CARSTAR in Stoney Creek was well worth the trip. From start to finish this was a positive experience. Our car looks amaizng!
My car was brought here after being hit on the passenger side. The service took longer than expected due to parts being delayed but it was communicated to us professionally. The customer service was mediocre. The car looked nice when picked up and drove well, however we had to bring it back as we were contacted and told they forgot to install something for the wheel well. A little concerning that my car was allowed to leave the shop without being 100% complete, however they did own up to it and everything worked out.
