Worst customer service ever although the food was decent. Customer service was so bad that I couldn’t wait to give review as to improve the service. Just half and hour ago, we were at barburrito. We called earlier just to make sure that they are not closed. The girl on the phone said that they taking orders till 8.50 pm. We reached there around 8.35 pm. Employee was looking disappointed as we were late comers however we were there before their closing time. The quantity of the burrito bowl was half of what we used to get at other barBurrito locations. I am also working in franchise restaurant and I know the value of the customer service. But the attitude of the employee of the barburrito towards the customer was very unpleasant and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of their customer service.

Excellent food and customer service. Clean, friendly and respectful of the pandemic. Workers properly wore their masks and sanatized. Great experience!

Although the food is a little pricey it's totally worth it! The servers are fast, the food is hot and the store is clean. Everyone wears gloves, face masks and has their hair away so it makes going there way more comfortable with these times and I work close so the days I don't have a lunch I'll forsure have it here! Just a friendly tip though, consider having music playing during business hours as it can help cut that awkward silence and the machines roar out in the restaurant! Thank you again!
