Our dealings with Stonehenge Masonry have been nothing but fantastic. From the first interaction with their office to the completion of the job, just excellent service and quality work. The chimney on our new house was starting to crumble and lean significantly (at risk of falling), which led us to contacting Stonehenge. They contacted us back promptly, and were very accommodating in doing a site visit quickly due to the emergency state of the chimney. We opted to have the chimney dismantled and capped just above the roofline. The capped chimney looks very nice, and we’re satisfied with the work that was done. My only complaint is that the only payment methods they accept are check (who has a check book in this day in age!?) and interact etransfer - which seemed very bizarre, and actually initially made me worried that the company wasn’t real / it was a scam. Because of limits on etransfers, I had to send them multiple transfers over the course of 6 days, which was very annoying. If you need to pay with credit card, you’ll need to find another company.
Eric from Stonehenge Masonry exceeded my expectations in workmanship, professionalism and work ethic. From start to finish his work area was organized, tidy and clean. Kirscha, Office Manager provided excellent customer service and kept me informed on any scheduling changes due to weather and unforeseen issues. Even with a couple of minor delays, my job was completed earlier than originally planned. I give Stonehenge Masonry: 100% Plus!
Stonehenge Masonry was great from start to finish. Our mason, Ben, was wonderful - he was professional, on time, and very respectful of our safety in terms of COVID-19. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything to us, and we appreciated his sense of humour (especially with some unexpected rain!). A huge thanks to Ben! :)
The team at Stonehenge did a great job repairing and replacing our front steps. They look brand new again! Pricing was fair and they were on top of communicating with us based on weather and timing for the work. Would recommend them!
