The general tao was my favourite! Chefs are nice and friendly. I happened to be around that area and just wanted something fast to eat. Very efficient order! Who would have imagined that a 'fast food' chain could dish out such wonderful selections. Not to be missed for lunch or dinner! Freshly cooked right in front of you! Best value for I've had in a very long time. Will come back if I'm in the area again.

If you’re looking for quick, easy, fast food this is an option. The food quality is not premium nor is it very healthy, but the place is clean, the service is speedy and the staff is quite nice. The seating area is comfortable as well, and you can spend the time you need. I would recommend fixing the bathroom area.

Generally, I like Thai express and the food at other locations. But at this one, the cashier is rude and so are the other staff. I ordered general Thai chicken and I saw them skimp on the chicken. When I pointed it out to the cook, he very rudely said you've to pay more if you want more. I told the cashier I want extra sauce or paste when she took the order. The request wasn't even communicated to the cook. Day of order: 28th March around 7 pm.

Yesterday I was shopping in Lowes and went to this Thai Express as it was close. I've never been to this location before. They packed me my order to go and I didn't check it expecting the same service here as I usually have at the other locations. When I get back home and open my container I was shocked because I got half of the portion that I usually get in Thai Express. I ended up hungry, frustrated and very angry. I'll never go to this location again and highly recommend people to stay away from this exactly Thai Express

Get the #8 with beef and chicken, so good. My favorite. Go on an empty stomach.
