Really clean!! Not too worried about Covid in here and there's good social distancing. Kind of long wait periods to see a teller but there's only so much you can do with tills shut down for distancing. Overall pretty solid bank.

Just just terrible in all sense of the way ..Always on hold for long long peroiod of time They say try this and try that..bring s yu to the same place..All i am wanting to know what is this insurance premium .I am paying each month for the last 24 years andnoone knows ..They provide mw with directnumbers that should tell me nothing..As I am writing this posting.Stillno reply and still on hold last 20 minutes.. Use easy lime will be fasternot ..call the bank itslef they give yu the insurance number ,,That should get you through NOTHING STILL NO ANSWER I HAVE BEEN TRYING TOFIND THIS OUTSINCE JUST BEFORE THE COVID STILL NO REPLY

Went in branch middle of summer for credit card. Took 2 months to get approval. Now 4 months to the day still no sign of card. Not sure why this is so. I will keep trying to see where my card is. So much time wasted.

I phoned the branch for a service I needed completed during the COVID pandemic. I thought it was best to call in first rather than showing up directly at the branch. The representative who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. The representative told me that I would not be able to go into the branch after I tried to explain what I needed to do. After being constantly interrupted, I gave the phone to my father to talk to her. The representative was very kind to him and encouraged him to come in to complete the transaction right out the gate. I am only led to assume that due to my accent the receptionist decided to be rude and disrespectful to me. Because my father had no accent she was nice to him. After this phone call, we went into the branch and the customer service rep was absolutely no help at all and did not seem interested to help us as well. We then went to the Terry Fox branch and they were so great. They explained our options and told us the fees directly. Oddly, the fees for the exact same service were two times higher at the Stittsvlle branch rather than the Terry Fox branch. I do not recommend this branch at all.

This branch of TD bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. The employees are so lazy to help you out, I was trying to deposit money to my wife's account the employee was so lazy to find the branch number which I already mentioned the location of our branch ........We decided to close our accounts and switch to another bank who has more respect for their clients
