So i had been hearing strange sounds daily and nightly in my walls and ceiling for a while, it all started after i redid my siding. I previously had a few other companies come by and all they did was put a few poison traps in a few areas of the house, even though i said i had never seen any evidence or a rodent inside the house. They also through a bunch of poison into the attic space on top of the insulation. Rene, the rep in Ottawa, showed up exactly on time, he was incredibly professional the entire time, and seemed genuinely to like his job and took it seriously. He immediately gave me a sense of trust knowing i was in good hands. He did a thorough inspection, listening to the sounds i was hearing, walking around the perimeter of the home, looking for tracks in the snow, searching for any evidence. In the end, he confirmed there was no mice, or rats or any rodents, and that it was the house siding, and roof that was making all the sounds. He explained exactly what i should've been hearing if it was mice, or rats or squirrels, and that it wasn't that. The other companies threw the poison and charged me 350 for it and nothing changed. He used his expertise to identify the situation and determined nothing else to be done, and didn't just throw down poison. He also didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend these guys, and i would call them again in a heartbeat if i ever had any issues in the future.

We called Capital wildlife control to remove a bird from our kitchen exhaust vent. The company showed up at some point. left their card without knocking or ringing the door bell (my pregnant wife was in the livingroom all afternoon). we texted them regarding an eta and he said he already stopped by and thought nobody was home and that they would call us in 15 minutes to talk about when he can come back . We waited half an hour and nothing so we told him we no longer need his services and they then told us \Thanks for waisting our time\. We then called up Skedaddle and the nice woman on the phone booked us in for the following afternoon as it was already almost 5PM and too late to have someone come. It was worth the wait. Brandon Kelly from Skedaddle Humane Wildlive Control arrived and got everything organized in no time. cleaned out the duct (luckily no bird but the beginning of a nest), covered the opening with a wire mesh and made sure all was right before leaving. He was curtious, positive and made us feel valued as customers. I can't recommend them enough.

I was looking for a second opinion for a squirrel removal quote from another company. I was completely satisfied with Skedaddle and would highly recommend them. The young gentleman that came by was punctual, knowledgeable, did a thorough inspection of my roof and problem areas, explained in detail what was quoted and (most importantly) did not try to upsell items that I didn't need for my brand new roof. I would definitely use their services again.
