I've been a customer with Sani-Sol for hot tub supplies for years, but my last three visits have not been stellar. The products and price are competitive, but friendly customer service is sub par. You should feel welcomed, not feel like you're intruding. Last incident, an older man with glasses was behind the counter, I was unable to locate a chemical on the shelves, which all the bottles are identical, except for labeled which type, I asked for a product, his response was, \It should be there\. I said, ok, but can you direct me to the location. He was not happy having to come around the counter and walk 8 ft to show me. By the time he came around the counter I found it. After paying for my purchase, no pleasant thank you, come again, but just a gaze down at the counter. I said, you're welcome, then in turn received a scowl. With a competitive market, customer appreciation is key for return business. They will no longer get my business, I will no longer purchase chemicals, nor a new hot tub from them.

Good overall. Some organizational issues Surrounding the water tests but I'll give them a mulligan as they adapt to new realities. Been dealing with them for 10 years over two pools and trust them to offer good service.
