I have had the very best experience going to Motion Works and highly recommend anyone looking for a physio to call this place! I came for help with pain in my hip flexors and side and have seen and felt immense improvement in only a few weeks. The staff are not only super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, but really go a step above to take care of their clients. Having seen a physio in the past at a different location and feeling very unsatisfied, I wasn't sure what my experience would be trying again at a different place. I have been amazed. Cassie has really taken the time to help me understand and explain my injury, given me exercises and guidelines to help me improve at home, and as an active weight lifter she offered to review my program and watch videos of me performing the exercises to ensure that I was still able to do what I love but in a healthy, safe and responsible way. I'm moving better now, understand my body mechanics better and will always come back here if needed in the future. Thank you Cassie and the rest of the team, there aren't enough good words to say about you all. Everyone should come here!!

I was referred here by someone and can honestly say I'm not disappointed in the least with the final decision to come here. Every aspect of the business is professional and courteous from the various receptionists to the actual physiotherapists, one of whom i have jokingly dubbed as \healing crystal Heather\. If you're looking for physiotherapy in the Ottawa area, and there's many to choose from, i would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic facility. I go here for physio and massage and I’m extremely happy with my treatments for both. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and their COVID-19 processes make me feel safe.
