Debated whether to give it a two or a three, but because I am likely not to go back I gave it a two. Ordered a burger and a bacon cheeseburger. First issue there was no bacon, secondly the buns were soggy and lastly one burger was pinky in the middle. Milk shake was good and fries were good. I’ll go to one of the fast food chains first before I go back here.

Would love to say the food was good - as it usually is however after 2 Fries it’s safe to say I’ve had my sodium intake for the year. Old stale fries covered in more salt than a pretzel. Garbage.
Worst experience! We used to enjoy 5 guys but not anymore! Too much salt on the fries, bacon burnt and dried out burger. Dine in not open?? But there's 8 people working on the grill in close proximity to each other. We stood in the dining area with 10 other people waiting for our order. Much improvement is needed at this location.
Knowing it's harder to run a business during covid I'm going to not go with one star. Ordered online for pickup. Called from parking lot as instructed. \Be right out\. 15 minutes later still no food. Call back. \We don't have an order under that name\. After some bumbling they found it, then had the gall to cop an attitude with ME for, I assume, wanting to get the food I paid for. The icing on the cake was the food was cold.
So I am (was) a big lover of Five Guys. Till today 20 Sept 2020. I really think the oil was way overdue. No taste to these fries at all. The picture with the burger is to show no photo shop here. The colors are what you see. The fries are one thing. But when the bun was crumbling apart it tells me that it was stale. Not fresh. Very disappointed. Did I complain ? no because far to many people waiting for food and well I hope they are happier. Will be looking for a new burger joint in Kanata. !!
