I have received my Epic 7.1cuft chest freezer for 2 weeks now... Love it. perfect size. easy to get it started. so far everything all good. Came in perfect condition just as you would expect it.

Bought a chest freezer for our small apartment 2 years ago. Works wonders! We don’t have room for it in our kitchen/ living space, so it lives in our bedroom. It is so quiet that we never notice any noise. Would recommend to anyone

I bought this little compact fridge from costco and when I received it damaged because of transportation and instead of returning the product I called this great company to ask for replacement parts and within 3 days voila the parts were in my hands ! Not only is this a great product but it also comes with impeccable service ! Thank you Meghan from Sterling Marathon !

Very responsive and caring customer service! I see ppl’s complaints about no one picking up the phone. To me, that’s an old school way of getting customer service. They responded to my emails promptly. A big shout out to customer facing Meghan and the backend warehouse staff who helped me through the entire process from diagnostics to replacement. Their location is also pretty convenient to reach from GTA. Therefore getting service is super easy.

I purchased a black chest freezer. I had to return 2 freezers, and when the 3rd came I had enough. Every freezer that came to the door had scratched plastic and dents inside the freezer. One freezer even looked like a brick was dropped inside of it. Then when I called Marathon customer service during normal business hours I left my name and phone number. It has been 3 weeks since then, and I have still not heard anything from this company. Very poor customer service and I will be staying away from anything that is "Marathon" brand. EDIT TO ADD: The chest freezer in particular is "Marathon Premium 7.1 cu. ft. Chest Freezer in Granite Finish". The colour is dark gray - not black. My mistake. Also, there is no point in calling because I have been refunded already from the place of purchase. Thanks.
