I had Cliff give me a quote for my Santa Cruz mountain bike to fix the carbon fiber damage on my frame from a huge rock. I dropped the bike off Friday and he called Monday to say it was finished. I believe he said it would be done Tuesday and I thought that was quick. Very nice fellow and is very accommodating. He is not running his business out of greed. He seems to be a person that is extremely passionate about what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone of my friends that need help with a broken bike frame. As if this was not already awesome, he threw in a free skate sharpening when I asked if he did them. I was only inquiring about the price and was going to pay for it. I can see why people give him awesome reviews. One note about people needing mountain bike repair on the frame. Cliff can try to match the paint from your bike but if you have an exotic colour like my bike it might be difficult to make it look good. For my bike it was under the bottom bracket where the paint was 95% black and the paint was easy to match. Cliff was upfront about everything when he gave me a quote. It's not perfect like it was out of the factory but I'm putting a Rock Guardz carbon fiber protector on the bike before I ride it again. I only care that the bike is structurally sound and Cliff guarantees that part. Thanks for helping me save hundreds of dollars on my very expensive bike. I posted the before and after pics to see what a great job he did.

Can I just say WOW! This is the place to go to for amazing customer service, it only took them 10mins to get both of my step-kids skates sharpened. (last place I went to took 40 mins) I'm very satisfied with the whole experience ever since I walked thru their doors. They were so friendly and we had a great chat. also the skate blades feel better than any other times they've been sharpened elsewhere. I will definitely be going to them from here on and will recommend them to my friends and family.
