My dad went to speak to them about an issue with his water tank and to set up an appointment for service. JW found they did not install the system, so to them it wasn't there issue. The lady that also works there is very ignorant and not professional as she stated \you should go back to the person that put it in\. Moving forward I do not recommend them at all!

Absolutely a 1st Class company, and deserving of 5 Stars. Installation professionally completed of our new appliances, including a Gas Stove. Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact with Barb, to the site inspection, and the installation which was completed on time, and in the same visit. Estimate & Price was also very fair. Steve and his entire team exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have been more pleased. I am positive that they will continue to earn our business in the future.....

I was fortunate indeed to have found JW Furness. During the weekend on a cold winter day I had the misfortune to have no heat. They quickly responded. Steve thoroughly examined my boiler and resolved the issues promptly. Took the time to explain the problems, answered all my questions without hesitation. Owning my business over 15 years I've dealt with a number of companies and by far JW Furness is the tops! Rates are very reasonable.
