Our 3 year old furnace that was installed by another Regina plumbing and heating company (T&C P&H) developed a leak and caused rust corrosion to begin on some of the interior panels and parts of the furnace. After a month of trying to get T&C to address this issue I contacted Sterling P & H. Eugene came to inspect the damage and find out if the leak was a continuing problem and what could be done about the rusting panels. He was thorough & professional and took the time to show me where the leaks were coming form during the winter months and what can be done to stop them. Sterling P & H is in the process of assisting me with a warranty claim with Goodman Mfg / Daikin. I am so glad to finally feel like I am in good hands.

Braden has come to install all our basement plumbing as well as repair kitchen tap. He is great at his is super friendly and efficient. Our kitchen tap broke in the evening and Braden was at our house by 10:30 the following morning with a new tap that was installed very quickly. I also appreciate the automatic text updates notifying us when our technician is on their way.

My water heater started leaking so I called Sterling. Josh was there pronto on a Saturday morning to replace it! He was transparent about any incurred costs and also took the time to show me how to do maintenance on my new unit as well as on my furnace, air exchanger, and air conditioner. He even magically got my water softener to start working again! Their price for coming out to do maintenance is such a good deal and they’re such friendly guys that I’ll probably just call them for annual maintenance. Thanks Josh!

Eugene came over for a suspected frozen waterline to my toilet. He was great. He explained all the options available to fix the problem, he was very personable, professional & trustworthy, & he even taught me what an escutcheons plate was. Excellent company to deal with. Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was even able to help me get a Wyze Thermostat correctly wired. For appointments, you receive text with a visual tracker for when a technician is on the way – so they are very punctual. Payment is all contactless, anther bonus. I'll definitely continue to use them for all plumbing, heating, and cooling maintenance/repair.
