I have known and worked with Stendel Reich for over 20 years on commercial and industrial projects ranging from 20,000 to over 100M. SR have proven to be one of the most Professional Architectural firms I have worked with throughout my 37 year career with PACCAR Inc. Both Cliff Stendel and Sheldon Reich are not only personable but innovative, creative and understand details are the key to a successful project. While these are qualities in many architectural firms, SR's most important traits include the ability to listen and respond to the client's requirements while providing valuable insights to increase the value and functionality of the project. SR are a trusted partner, working to achieve the project goals including time, budget and scope. Many projects involve scope creep which requires the project team to work together to maintain strict budget guidelines. SR understands this function. In addition to the normal expectations of a high quality architectural firm, it has been my pleasure to work with them for many years as their size, experience and capabilities have grown. A fanatastic architectural firm. I have used them on several food related projects across Canada with great success. They understand the business and bring together "out of the box" thinking which many of thier competitors lack. The owners get deeply involved and are not afraid to challenge my thinking which I like alot (too many yes men out there). The hours that they put in to get it done right is awesome. Seriously, for the food business, they are the best architectural firm that I have used in Norh America.
