Just wanted to say thank you to Mitchell, at Nickel Communications in Selkirk. I was at the location with a Blackberry Customer Service problem, and rather than get me a 1-800 number and have me deal with the problem myself, he called blackberry, and was able to arrange a new blackberry to be sent to my home address. He also offered a loaner phone. I took up at least a half hour of his time, which I realized he did not make any commissions from. He handled it like a professional, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. Great Guy and a Great Hire. thanks again
