Horrible!!!! 1. I needed 5 visits to fix my strut/suspension. 2. Overprice (see pictures) 3. They told me that I need to change my brake pad. I asked for second opinion and said it's still fine. (see pictures)

Purchased a used vehicle from Jeremy. He was extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed. Didn't feel pushy at all and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my budget. The GM even swung by while I was discussing the details of my potential purchase to make sure I was getting the help I needed. Great customer service and a professionally run dealership. I tried getting an oil filter for a Honda S2000 here and was asked "the V6 or 4 cylinder", they also thought it was front wheel drive. One of your service department employees also seems to think the new Honda Accord 2.0T uses a CVT transmission. It does not. Train your staff.
This dealership sold my wife a car that had the main bolt to the steering mechanism missing.Honda in the city found out about it ,and said it could have easily killed us all,and steinbach honda got away with it, just be aware,these guys are crooks.
A very nice honest group of people. I bought a certified used car and had a good experience with Hagen and his team. I liked the experience so much that I continued to drive from Winnipeg for services as simple as Oil Changes. I trusted the advice the service team gave me. Graham and Nick were excellent. I never felt like they were up-selling me anything but rather had a good long term vision for my car in mind crossed with what was and wasn’t necessary to do to take care of her. I have been living out of province for 5 years now and I still wish I lived close enough to drive back to continue to be their customer. Harvest Honda is one of the things I miss most about no longer living in Manitoba. Thanks for the great care!
People say dealing with Auto Dealers is difficult have never been to Harvest Honda. I bought a Civic almost 4 years ago and I have never been unhappy with the customer service or assistance while "Dealing" (that was a joke) with them.
