We are currently in the middle of a built and they have been nothing but amazing. It is an extremely stressful time but the staff have been so patient and very knowledgeable. They take the time to figure out exactly what we are wanting. 100% recommending Steins to anyone I know.
We got them to install an ev charger in our garage. The workers were very efficient and friendly to deal with. Once the work was finished they walked us through everything that was done. They even came back the same day to fix a small issue with the charger. The best part is they were the cheapest quote by far. Would recommend to anyone if they needed any electrical work done! Edit: Some months later we also had stein do some plumbing work. Despite the job being smaller we still got top notch service at a fair price. Having dealt with many Saskatoon contractors/builders over the years, Stein has easily been my favourite to work with.
I was quite impressed how Stein Electric turned a negative experience around for me. One of the drivers in my rarely used B&W P3’s (headphones) died a while back. I bought them a few years ago (from the Stein showroom), but being a higher end product I thought they might be covered under warranty. Unfortunately the repairs weren’t covered, and proceeding without warranty coverage, the repairs would cost more than the headphones are worth. I stopped by to pick up my broken headphones, and the employee at Stein offered me credit towards a new set of headphones, despite being outside of warranty coverage. So I upgraded to the new PX series!
Awesome. Innovative. They are ahead of the times. Trevor spends a lot of time researching and seeking out the latest and best technology for the modern home. I completely trust stein electric with all my electrical, plumbing and heating and audio needs. And they are plenty. I expect the best; Stein and his crew deliver. Their goal is to not only meet but exceed the standards. I know this first hand. My house is completely automated and Stein electric delivered exactly what I expected. They are able to do a simple setup, as was done in my house 10 years ago, to the extremely complicated, blow your mind kind of thing! Would not trust anyone more than Trevor. Thank you !!!
