So I purchased a vehicle from Mike at Steele Auto in August of this year (2020) and the purchase itself was relatively smooth and I got a great vehicle in which I'm happy with. There was a couple small issues when the car arrived- The registration had to be sent later (pretty standard) along with the spare key and mats for the car. (Yes, for some reason the car showed up with no mats?) Anyways, not a big deal. Mike assured me that my registration would be sent within the week along with my spare key to my vehicle and my mats. So, much to my regret, I signed the papers and my delivery guy drove away. After only a few days, I realized that since this deal was done, Steele Auto was completely done with me and getting them to do anything for me was next to impossible. After having to harrass them for weeks, they finally sent my mats and some yellow form that they claimed to be the registration. (Still no spare key?) I took this yellow form to the DMV here in New Brunswick and they looked at me like I was an idiot. They then proceeded to tell me I need the registration (Which I knew) and that they had never heard of a dealership not issuing a registration along with a sold car. So back on the phone I go for another week trying to get them to do something. Finally, after TWO MONTHS, they decide they've heard enough of me I guess and I finally get the registration for my vehicle. I'm happy enough- at least I can drive my vehicle legally now. And no, 4 months later and I never did recieve my spare key to my vehicle. Mike doesn't answer my calls or texts anymore and i'm assuming they're just hoping I go away. Don't deal with these guys, they're awful people.

Ok so if you would have asked me last week what my very Least favourite shopping excursion would be, I would have % said buying a vehicle. I Loathe vehicle shopping( or do I?)!!! I have found it to be super overwhelming and stressful and by the end I feel like just crawling under a table and tossing my credit card at anyone who’s still talking. Well this week at Steele on Portland street my experience changed 100 percent. (And it wasn’t easy) my order was tall and tailored to an extremely busy family of five, small business owners, luxury lovers, German shepherd parents and people who need all their needs met!. Well we walked in not quite sure what we wanted and after a casual afternoon Mark Landry of Steele had both my husband and I on board and actually excited about our purchase. And there was no cheese or fluff, just facts, honestly and a keen ear to hear our needs. Once the vehicle was firmed the whole Steele team came together and made the process a breeze. Mark was so technologically advanced but also balanced with humour, he made sure we had the Knowledge we needed behind this investment it ended up being a pleasure. I just called to make a service appointment, was transferred to service department and on hold for approximately 15 minutes and suddenly the repeating message stopped and voicemail kicked in and told me to leave a message. Why would that not kick in 14 minutes earlier if you weren't going to bother taking my call?? You're right, I would like to take my business elsewhere.
Poor service.no professionalism or intergrity. Graham Owen is a lier. Once I launched BBB complaint against them he lied that it was not received by him or his stuff then accused me of calling his estimator late at night and early in the mornings. I requested proof for such insane accusation which of course he could notnprovide. I called that place once in the morning during business hours and after speaking to their Dispathcer/ Assistant Manager knew that I will get no resolution with them. Stay away from this business people.
