This is the slowest fast food restaurant ever!! Everything without a doubt. And I mean waiting at the window 15 mins slow.... everytime

Customer- Ordered the chicken quesadillas proceeded to start eating, noticed it had no sauce. went back into the restaurant to ask for a new one with sauce. Employee- Stated they had ran out of sauce and thats why it had not been put on. Customer- Requested a refund Employee- “I'm in training and that will look bad for me, can I give you a coupon instead”. Customer- Sure Employee- Proceeds to print a blank receipt paper and states he will write his name and what the coupon is good for. Customer- debates back and forth and leaves without refund or their bogus “coupons” Not sure why they wouldn't inform me they were out of sauce before I ordered. Drive through wait was approx 15-20mins...
Stopped at taco bell, after not having it for almost 2 years, on our way to Tobermory. Drive through line up was about 10 cars deep so we figured going into the empty restaurant would be a better option. Man, were we wrong. 3 staff in the kitchen who clearly had no idea what they were doing and 1 young girl running both drive-through and front counter. There was one family there in front of us, who had been there for about 10 mins already. We placed a small order and waited half an hour. The family before us got theirs 1 minute before we got ours and their food was all over the bag. We got ours and everything was fine until we started eating. The fries for the fries supreme were cold and very obviously old. The tacos had very minimal meat, the burritos were the smallest we have ever received, with no tomatoes and a whole ton of lettuce. Absolutely nothing appealing with this meal. We feel extremely bad for the young girl working the counters....she not only had to deal with irate and frustrated customers at both the window and inside, she was trying to keep the guys in the kitchen organized. This is a Saturday night at dinner time....where are the managers, where are the ones who know what they're doing and why are there such obviously inexperienced back staff?? Will be calling head office on Monday when they are open to report such poor management in hopes that it will not only help improve the dining experience but help the staff.
The Short: Slow service, bad quality, AND bad quantity. Don't bother. The Long: For a fast-food franchise, they were very slow to not only take my order but to also make the food. Ticket time (time lapsed from taking my order to giving the customer their food) was about 20mins; I ordered a taco supreme combo with supreme fries. On top of that, the food seemed like it was just thrown together. Granted, that's usually how it's done, but the tacos and fries were half-aed.
They got my order right! I’m vegetarian and I always sub meat for beans. 99.9% of the time when I go somewhere my order is messed up and it’s beef. Not here. They not only do got it right but they changed gloves before making mine after making someone else’s with meat. Plus it was on of the best ones I’ve had and everything was super hot and saucy
