Awesome Experience! Quick turn around to get a service call to fix my garage door. Ron was courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced the broken part, re-calibrated the door and opener, lubricated all wheels/bearings/hinges-door works better and quieter than ever and he left the garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. Thank you!

While there was an issue with the supplier of the door that was ultimately resolved, the quoting and installation process was excellent. Chris Officer (sales) was very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the product line and technical specifications. We were concerned that I wouldn’t have enough height above the door opening for the door that I wanted So Chris came out to do a site-visit and confirmed that the door would fit. The installation team had prior experience installing a door in a steel Quonset hut (my situation) and fabricated angle iron on site to ensure that the brackets were strong and capable of supporting the weight and load. At the end of the day I was very happy with the installation and Chris gave me a fair discount to reflect the delay caused by the door supplier’s issues.

Tried arranging an electric door opener install and door repair, was asked to send pic of front view of door issue. Pics were sent 3 times as she kept asking for something different each time. Poor customer service
