We had a great experience at Station 12 Lighting. I found choosing light fixtures to be a daunting task. Annette Fisher was our sales associate, she went above and beyond in assisting us in choosing fixtures for our new home. We met in store with her initially but being from out of province meant we also communicated with Annette online. We are very pleased with our fixtures and would highly recommend Annette at Station 12 Lighting.

Christine has been extremely helpful to us in suggesting suitable fixtures for our new home in Halifax. We had a lot of lighting to replace and she was able to recommend options that were stylish without being over the top expensive. Loads of online inventory to choose from. (The retail store selection is more limited so I recommend shopping online and then asking them to help you narrow it down and/or source pricing.)
I had a wonderful experience at Station 12 - I described what I was looking for in a light fixture for my living room and Christine found it for me right away. I ordered it and it came in the exact timeframe that she told me it would. She notified me the minute that it came in. The price was very reasonable and there's no question that I'll be going back there again for my next lighting purchase!
I was impressed with the level of service and response time to the many questions I had from Christine Burrows, one of Station 12's associates during the period of selection, ordering and waiting for the lights to arrive from the supplier. She was a pleasure to deal with. She provided excellent front line service. Now that the lights are in place I can say we are very pleased with the lights we purchased - already have had positive comments on our bathroom sconces. Thanks again.

I have purchased lights for many homes over 30 years. The challenge is visualizing your finished setting and function of your new space. My visit to station 12 and meeting Annette was a relief. I knew what I liked and she looked at my choices and made recommendations that actually completed my home. Her honesty and knowledge is worth a lot when you have so many details to consider. I sincerely appreciated her knowledge and efficiency. I have met many trades people in regards to home improvement and Annette is A. Your decisions are yours but having guidance and recommendations that finish the project is rare all while experiencing pleasant two way conversation.
