I called Star Appliances and was able to book an appointment on short notice with Vlad. My GE stove element needed replacing. Vlad arrived on time and replaced the element in no time at all. Recently I called Star Appliance Repair to have them look at my freezer. First it was nice to speak to a human immediately, rather than waiting for a call back. Secondly, the person I spoke to was friendly and was able to send a repair person within a few hours. The repair person was also friendly and knowledgeable with the issue and was able to make the repairs quickly and at a fair price. I have added Star Appliance Repair to my contact list for future repairs.
Vlad was very polite and professional! He got the job done in less than an hour. Bonus he put shoe wrappings so that he wouldn't get our place messy. Definitely would call them for service again if needed!
