If I could give staples 0 stars I absolutely would. I’m here right now and the two useless print employees are standing around chatting because they locked themselves out of their computer. They printed my photos incredibly off centre and instead of reprinting it on the computer that still works, they’re just chatting. The girl tells me she’ll give me a refund as they’re “incredibly busy” right now even though there’s one other person. The printer is not currently printing anything so instead of socializing, print my photos correctly. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a staples. Go to literally any other staples, this one is horrendous. Edit: Although the girls are not trained at all on honestly quite rude, the assistant store manager, Nicky, went above and beyond. He was trying to get a computer fixed, helping every other customer in the store, and processing my refund. Nicky is definitely a great employee and his service alone would be 5 stars but the two print service girls were absolutely terrible.

Very grateful we have a Stouffville Staples, it isn't my first go to place to shop but there are some business items I know they carry that when I need it, without fail it's in stock. The customer service is fantastic whenever I go. Keep up the good work.

I went with my mother to get a notebook, eraser, and a planner, we noticed that the tan planner didn’t have a barcode to be scanned so we took the same kind of planner just in blue so the cashier could scan it. When we got up to pay we explained to the cashier that we brought a second planner so she could scan the price of the blue one and give us the tan planner that we originally wanted. The cashier, Jaini, said she couldn’t scan the blue planner for the price and proceeded to ask us if there was another tan planner, we responded and told her that the tan one was the last one. She then calls her manager, which I recall her name was Wendy. Wendy then goes to the back for some time while we wait on the side of the cash for at least half an hour watching other shoppers being checked through, as we wait for her to come back with the price. It was outrageous how the cashier would not scan the price of the blue planner which was identical to the tan planner, colour aside. We definitely won’t be coming back!
