Jaiden helped me find the proper ink for my printer. He also stated it is better for me to use the normal HP ink other then the XL version which was almost triple the cost. He saved me money and got me in and out of the store in a blink of an eye! Thank you Jaiden! Staples is overall an amazing store.

This place is always a nightmare, one staff member has a terrible attitude and always talks down to me. But the other staff members are quite accommodating.. one bad apple
I had to print out an 18x24 poster that I figured wouldn't get done until the next day since I was making the online order at 800pm on a Friday night. I still selected 'same day order' so that I could pick it up early Saturday, and to my surprise I received a call within the hour saying my order was ready for pickup! Not only was it exactly what I wanted but the quality was amazing especially since it was a blowup picture.
