The staff are very helpful and able to answer all questions about sign material. They also are very helpful when with plotters and equipment. Definitely a good place to go if you need sign making materials.

No posting about being closed, door open. Told closed and to come back a week later. Inflated prices. Unacceptable Edit: Apparently I was mistaken as there was a “holiday themed paper” amongst the others that stated being closed. Door was left open for couriers. No listing online. Their response “We also support local business and we realise that prices have increased due to covid, but I cannot tell someone where to shop, but if you find our prices too inflated, please shop somewhere else that you can afford. And regarding you not recommending other people to us because we were closed……..pretty petty of you. But no problem, being in business 42 years, with our experience and customer service we shall carry on without you. Best regards, Sandy Truly values their customer base.

Bought 2 heat press machines, one is faulty, person in charge don’t accept return even though it’s still under warranty period. Denying that it’s faulty without testing it. Reputable shop, but professionalism subpar.
