Every company has that one poisonous employee that should be terminated on the spot, today I spoke with Standstones poisonous employee. They made a mistake on my bill and I called in to ask for some help regarding why I have a extra charge, I wasn't asking for anything I was simply asking for some help. She was rude she seemed like she didn't care and didn't help me at all. Anyway I wish I could remember her name. I never had an issue with Standstone in the year I've been using them, Sarah is really nice and helpful its to bad she has to work with the poisonous employee. Standstone this employee is making your company look bad, I hope you get that rat out of your company.

We have been using Sandstone for emptying our septic tank for a very long time. I have been always absolutely happy with the service they provide; from person that answers the phone, Lisa ( I think I have the right name) to service guys that come out. Pleasant, friendly, professional and prompt. If the call is not answered they call back right away. Recently I found out that they are also hauling drinking water. I called this past Sunday, left a voicemail, Lisa called me back within 10 minutes, and water was delivered within 1.5 hrs. Driver was super friendly, and very professional. Thank you for your services, we appreciate it very much :)

Huge shout out to Standstone! They showed up with their vacuum truck within the day, making it through the bitter cold (-40C) probably missing their dinner to make sure our tank was emptied. Great service!
