I signed up for a 2 year contract purely based on the incredible customer service I received from store manager Mandeep and associate . They were friendly, helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very good service. I went there half hour before they close. One of the guy listed all the possible plan and calculated the price for me. It really helped me save lots of money. He also helped me transferred my information to the new phone which took a very long time. Very nice guy.

Shapeless Journeys

Arrived at 5 pm on a Wednesday. Both on the internet and on the stores' door it says they close at 6 pm on Wednesdays. However, the store was closed. When we knocked there were employees that told us behind closed doors why they were closed. Couldn't figure out why 'though.

I would disregard the previous negative posts. It looks untrue ! We had a great experience with this store location. I brought my mom to this store to help her get a new sim card for a phone I had bought her. She was impressed with the great service from Kai Zhou. He was professional, patient and informative. He helped my mom get a free phone and told she can get a new phone every 2 years. I have to admit he spent a lot of time trying to get her a phone deal. By going above and beyond the call. Also, Eva and Stephanie were great. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. This store by far exceed our expectations!!! Keep up the Fantastic Work Guys !! We are happy Bell customers.. :)
