I love the Ice Box! My boyfriend and I just moved to town and stopped in to try some ice cream during our walk - so refreshing! The store is very bright and welcoming and we were very happy to have the option of getting our own tubs of shaw's to take home (we splurged and got 2). The owner is very friendly and inviting, 10/10 would recommend.

terrible. me and my bf went here, got overcharged for 2 scoops of ice cream and waffle cones resulting in over 20 only to find a long strand of hair in my bf’s ice cream that is not my hair colour. went back, not only did they not have any more waffle cones but the employee was not very apologetic. gave him a regular bowl after charging him for a waffle cone and only one extra scoop of ice cream. they also don’t wear hair nets, so enjoy. other places sell the same Shaw’s ice cream but cheaper. Never going here again and my friends who live in St. Thomas won’t either.

I love that this place has Shaw's ice cream so I can get great local ice cream without having to drive as far. The place also allows toppings on the ice cream which is a nice addition to your cold treat.
This place will make a lot of beautiful memories! The space is clean and inviting and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend their ice cream (Shaw's), they have a variety of flavours and toppings. I do not recommend their frozen yogurt. I tried different flavours on different days and the "frozen" yogurt was runny coming out of the machine and the flavours I tried were VERY sweet. I really wanted to love it but I like my frozen treats frozen, not in liquid form.
The Ice Box St.Thomas is clean and the service is friendly. Starting out a new business adventure during a global pandemic is brave. Not only does this bring a bit of needed joy to our city, they are community focused. The ice cream was great (chocolate peanut butter!) And the choices were great. They make their waffle cones IN HOUSE and they are DELICIOUS. I usually waste half my waffle cone so the size of the cone is perfect! The texture is great too! The price for what we got was MORE than reasonable. 10/10 would go back, absolutely! Thanking Markus and his team for all the hard work poured into this place!
Nice little ice cream shop! They have a variety of flavours and occasionally change them up. They offer several toppings, including fresh fruit, and their waffle cones and bowls are made in-house. They also offer Shaw's tubs. They charge by weight so you can really load up a waffle bowl for 7 or 8 or just get a cone/regular small bowl for a couple dollars.
